Stone/Rock pulverizer machineカオリン、石灰岩、玄武岩、方解石、大理石、タルカム、重晶石、石膏、ドロマイト、ベントナイト泥、雲母、パイロフィライト、セピオライト、カーボンブラック、珪藻土、グラファイト、アルナイト、蛍石、カリウム長石、リン酸塩、顔料など、モーススケールで硬度が6未満、湿度が6%未満の超微粉砕材料用です。完成品の粒度(または最終サイズ)は325-3000メッシュ(0.045-0.0057mm)の間で自由に調整でき、容量(トン/時間)は最終サイズと研削材料に応じて0.4T / Hから12T / Hの範囲です。
 
Working Principle of Stone/Rock pulverizer machine:
 
石/岩石粉砕機 mainly consist of main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.
 
After crushed by hammer crusher, the large materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator, and then evenly sent to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate by vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.
 
When the rock pulverizer machine is at work, all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring, and the materials are driven to the edge of the turn plate by the centrifugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers where the materials are repeatedly pressed, crushed and grinded by the rollers.
